First Of We Need An Image Here Is A Good Starter One

Second You Go And Click On Desaturate

Now The Image Should Look Like This

Since Were Working With Clouds


We Are Going To Hit Control+I


That Makes The Clouds Darker Than The Sky

Go To The Image Menu Again But Click On

Contrast/Brightness


Play Around With It So That You Find The Cloud YOu Want


The Settings I Show Are Optimal For This Pic

Take Out The Polygon Lasso Tool And Trace The Cloud You Want

Go Into Edit And Click Define Brush Preset


In This Tut We Are Going To Name The Brush "Cloud"

Now To Test Your New Brush


Open A New Image 5 in x 5 in with white background


Hit Control+I To Make The Background Black


Select Your New At The Bottom Of The Brush List


Select The Color White


And Click Away
